Greetings from the Black Hills of South Dakota!
With the completion of another year of Biblical instruction we are about to graduate another crop of seniors who have full-time Christian ministry in their plans. Two of these seniors are two of our own: Justin and Jenna. Both of them have completed the three year course here at Cornerstone and are praying about their future. Phyllis and I are so thankful to the Lord for what He has done in their lives. Justin is considering further schooling and ministry. He (Justin) continues to minister the Word of God each Lord’s Day to a small congregation of ranchers near Chadron, Nebraska. Justin also is participating with the 20 member “CBI Singers” in their three week tour of upper mid-west churches in May. Phyllis and I are the official CBI chaperons for this tour. Pray that we might be a blessing. Jenna is the pianist for the CBI Singers and Joel is her substitute as needed. They both have blossomed as a musicians. After the CBI Singers finish, Jenna plans to minister as a camp counselor at the Whispering Winds Bible Camp near St. James, Missouri for June and July. Joel, our youngest, who also sings tenor with the CBI Singers, is raising $2000 support to go to Uruguay for two weeks with Nehemiah Teams International (www.nehemiahteamsinternational.com). Joel will be on a team that will be doing construction work at a Christian camp. The NTI team of eight workers will be working on various buildings for the camp.
